1. Do you ship to P.O. Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or anywhere else outside the U.S.?

Sorry, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. We ship directly to Canada, Hawaii, and APO/AFO but the shipping cost is higher than within the U.S.

2. Do you take phone orders?

If you are encountering a problem ordering on the website, please give us a call at 910-796-1116 during business hours and we'll take your order over the telephone. We donít accept mail or fax orders.


3. How long does it take to ship my order?

Please allow 2-7 business days for order processing. We do our best to ship ASAP, usually within a day or two.


4. How do you ship the products?

We ship products via UPS. If you are local in Wilmington, NC or surrounding area, we can arrange for you to pick up the product and save on shipping costs. Please e-mail us to make arrangements. When you check out indicate "pick up" in shipping options.


5. When should I expect the delivery?

Shipping time varies depending on where you are located.


6. What about shipping cost?

Shipping costs are based on the costs charged by UPS. At checkout you will be able to see the exact shipping cost for your order.


7. What about sales tax?

Sales tax is charged on shipments to addresses within North Carolina only.


8. How can I pay for my order?

You can pay by Visa and MasterCard through the services of PayPal. All transactions are processed via Yahoo's secure servers - SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption.


9. How will I know if you received my order?

You will receive an e-mail confirmation from CatAbove.com after you place the order. If there is a problem with your order, you will be contacted via e-mail within 24 hours with an explanation of the problem. We will also notify you once your order is shipped and inform you about the scheduled delivery date.


10. What is your refund/exchange policy?

We refund or exchange defective or broken products only. If by chance you receive an item that is defective or broken, please e-mail us immediately at customerservice@catabove.com. Please, do not accept a package with visible damage.
